Dear Spark the Rise folks,
First of all, we would like to wish you a Happy New Year 2012! May 2012 be filled with successes, joy and treasured moments for all of you, your friends and your families. It has been an incredible year 2011 for the Rise movement, and the achievements, commitment and passion that we have seen from the community are truly admirable.
The first pages of the year 2012 will be written by all of you. Please check out the “Your Rise Story” campaign that we are doing right now. Tell us what you did to Rise in 2011 and send us your videos links at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
It is now time to announce the Winners for Round 4. It has been a very tight Round, and the final outcome has been indecisive until the very last minutes! Click here to see if the Project you run or follow has won a grant this month.
Congratulations to all the projects, and especially to the top 2 Public Vote Projects that have made it to the Grand Finale. So far, we know 8 of the 18 Projects that will be competing to have a share of the 100 lakh that will be awarded between March 25th and April 13th.
Don’t forget, at the end of Round 6, the Jury will pick 6 additional projects that will win their tickets for the Grand Finale. So, if you haven’t won this time, don’t give up: be resilient, innovative and spread the word about your project again and again.
Thank you for Rising with us!
Congratulations on a great round! It has been exciting to see Spark the Rise start to take off not just as a grant competition, but as a true community. More and more people are volunteering and offering insights on the discussion board, and communication between project champions is increasing. If your project didn’t win a grant this month, don’t give up! Build yourself a volunteer base and use Spark the Rise as a loudspeaker to attract donations
