		<description>Hi, I just noticed that a number of &#039;rises&#039; are existing, thriving and established programs and organisations. Some of them have already covered a lot of ground and have secured support, funding and partnerships that they need, way before entering the STR competition. Sadly, some of these are still recognised as winners in STR!! It is sad that this has limited the scope for new ideas and thinking. </description>
